***TERMS OF SERVICE***

DEUCE $TUDIO – Barber Services

By booking an appointment with DEUCE $TUDIO (i.e. DEUCE) you agree to the following terms and conditions. No exceptions.

1. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING

  • All services are appointment-based only unless otherwise stated.

  • Appointments must be booked through the approved booking platform.

  • Walk-ins are not guaranteed and may be refused at discretion.

2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

  • Please reach out to DEUCE directly via phone/email for cancellations and or reschedules.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the service price. (Your *service deposit)

  • Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings and or permanent ban from DEUCE $TUDIO services. (See Appointment policies here)

3. Three Strike NO-SHOW POLICY

  • No-shows are charged 100% of the service cost.

  • Clients who no-show 3 times in a calendar year will be permanently blocked from booking.

  • Respect the time or lose the privilege. (See Appointment policies here)

4. LATE POLICY

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

  • After 10 minutes, the appointment may be shortened without price reduction.

  • After 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. (See Appointment policies here)

5. PAYMENTS

  • 50% of service price payment deposit is due at appointment booking via online checkout, follow by the other 50% after service in person checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods are listed at booking.

  • No IOUs. No “next time.” No exceptions.

6. REFUNDS

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds for completed services.

  • If there is an issue, it must be addressed before you leave the chair.

7. SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

  • Reference photos are welcome, but exact replication is not guaranteed.

  • Final results depend on hair type, density, growth patterns, and maintenance.

  • You are responsible for communicating clearly what you want before the cut begins.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Come with clean, detangled hair when possible.

  • Inform the barber of any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or medical issues prior to service.

  • DEUCE $TUDIO is not liable for undisclosed conditions.

9. CHILDREN & GUESTS

  • Children must remain supervised at all times.

  • Excessive distractions may result in refusal of service.

  • Extra guests are discouraged unless approved.

10. CONDUCT & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

  • Disrespectful behavior, harassment, intoxication, or unsanitary conditions will result in immediate refusal of service.

  • No refunds will be issued in these cases.

  • DEUCE $TUDIO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

11. PERSONAL PROPERTY

  • DEUCE $TUDIO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Keep your belongings secured at all times.

12. LIABILITY

  • By receiving services, you release DEUCE $TUDIO from any liability related to allergic reactions, irritation, or dissatisfaction after leaving the premises.

13. POLICY UPDATES

  • Terms & Policies are subject to change at any time.

  • Continued booking implies acceptance of the most current version.

***Booking an appointment means you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
This protects the business so the service stays premium.
