APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Cancellation, Rescheduling, No-Show & Late Policy

At DEUCE $TUDIO, we value your time and ours. To keep our scheduling fair and efficient, the following policies apply to all clients:

*24-HOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING WINDOW:
- Clients have up until 24 hours before their service appointment to cancel or reschedule at no charge.
- Changes can be made directly through the website via 'SERVICE' tab,
scroll down and click "CANCEL / RESCHEDULE".
- From there you are able to submit a cancellation/ reschedule notice through the form submission.
- For quick cancellations / reschedules, please reach out to DEUCE directly via phone number and or email.

***REFUND DEPOSIT MAY TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK***

**CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES WITHIN 24 Hours:
- Any cancellation or reschedule request within 24 hours of the service appointment must be submitted through our Cancellation/Rescheduling Form.
- The cancellation & reschedule fees will be collected from the 50% service deposit already paid.

***NO-SHOW POLICY 3 Strikes:
- A “No-Show” is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled service appointment without prior notice.
- The 50% service deposit from the card on file, will serve as the "No-Show" fee.
- After 3 No-Shows within one calendar year, the client will be:
- Permanently banned from booking future services with DEUCE $TUDIO.
- Blocked from returning under any alias or alternative booking attempt.

****LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
- If you are running late, you must contact DEUCE $TUDIO immediately via:

- Each service appointment allows a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals later than this may be treated as a No-Show at the barber’s discretion.
*****PLEASE NOTE:
- The service time will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals, as this disrespects the next client’s scheduled service appointment.
- Certain service perks may be dismissed due to time constraints. Only the priority portion of the service will be completed.

******FRAUDULANT OR ALIAS BOOKINGS:
- If a banned client attempts to return under a different name, alias, or booking method, they will be charged 100% of the service price and refused service.
- Continued attempts may result in reporting to law enforcement for fraudulent activity.

******FAILED PAYMENT PROCESSING:
- If a cancellation, reschedule, or No-Show charge cannot be processed (e.g., declined card), the client will be immediately FLAGGED & BANNED from making future service appointments at DEUCE $TUDIO.


*******AGREEMENT*******

- By booking with DEUCE $TUDIO services (i.e. DEUCE), clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.
